One of our favorite races, The Baltimore Dragon Boat Challenge, was to be held on Saturday, June 23rd, however, the weather had other plans and the race was delayed until Sunday.
Making lemonade, we took advantage of a free day to enjoy the sights in Baltimore. Several headed to the National Aquarium for an astounding display of water life…..especially the jellyfish.

This mentally flexible team was able to bite the bullet, pack up our hotels and head to the race site early Sunday morning. A short boat but a game crew. Second place in minor division. Thanks to all who were able to stay and participate. It was a great day!! And a big thanks to Ada Ma, a wonderful drummer, and our favorite steersman, Bernie!
