The Lake Arthur Regatta was on Saturday, August 1st, but the prep work started weeks before. Schedule set, buoys sprayed “international orange”, trailer and hitch readied, volunteers lined up.

Get Out of My Office! Our Mini-Camp, with the incomparable Tim Schaus, started with a beautiful two and a half hour Friday evening paddle and videotaping session.
“GET ME OUT OF HERE!….” …called our steersman, Andy, when he wanted us to press hard toward the finish. The Paddlefish loved this and responded.
